Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instruments Co., Ltd., founded in 1992, is a high-tech enterprise in the field of opto-mechatronics. The company has long been dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of laser measurement and control systems and intelligent engineering control systems, continuously tracking the international advancements in optical sensing, laser measurement and control, and digital intelligent sensor technologies for sustainable innovation. Its solutions are mainly applied to the digital construction BIM system ecosystem and industrial intelligent equipment. After more than 30 years of effort, the company has become one of the leading enterprises in China in the laser measurement and control and sensor technology niche.
The company has strong technical development capabilities. Over the years, it has built a professional R&D team in opto-mechatronics and established close collaboration with domestic and international industry experts. Technical staff account for over 10% of total employees, with significant annual investment in product R&D. In the development of laser tools, measurement and control modules, sensors and smart hardware, infrared scanning, and measurement control products, the company adheres to a high-standard, high-quality, green carbon-neutral, and user-centered development strategy, maintaining clear technological advantages. Currently, the company operates two manufacturing bases: the Changzhou factory and the Nam Cambridge factory in Vietnam, with a total site and facility area of approximately 30,000 square meters. Annual production capacity is around 1.5 million units for laser projection products, 80,000 units for laser leveling instruments, and 400,000 units for rangefinders, with about 95% of products exported to Europe, the U.S., Japan, and other overseas markets. Product performance has reached internationally advanced levels in its category.
Subsidiaries include Hong Kong International Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instruments Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Huada Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., and the company jointly established Changzhou Huada Sede Bao Laser Instruments Co., Ltd. with Sede Bao Measurement Tools GmbH in Germany. Additionally, the company has market application and technical teams in the Netherlands, Japan, Australia, and North America.

In September 2011, the company officially established its Intellectual Property Department. To date, the company holds a total of 134 authorized patents, including 22 invention patents, 57 utility model patents, 52 design patents, 3 self-developed software designs, and 11 registered trademarks.
In 2008, the company became one of the first to be recognized as a “National High-Tech Enterprise” under the new standards. In 2009, it undertook the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department project to establish an “Enterprise Academician Workstation.” In 2013, the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department approved the establishment of the “Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center,” and in 2022, the company was recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology as a “Provincial Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative SME.”
