To further enhance the effectiveness of industry-education integration and promote high-quality collaboration between schools and enterprises, on the afternoon of March 15, a team led by Professor Yao Wenqing from Changzhou Institute of Technology brought 56 teachers from various vocational and technical schools across Jiangsu Province to our company for a professional learning and exchange activity focused on electrical and electronic disciplines.

The activity was divided into two parts.

First, Mr. Zhang Zuli, Company Director and Senior Advisor, warmly welcomed the visiting teachers from vocational and technical schools. He expressed that Huada and Changzhou Institute of Technology have a strong foundation for collaborative development and technological innovation, with significant growth potential. He encouraged the teachers to learn more about the company’s products and provide valuable feedback. Following this, Mr. Liu Hairong, Senior Director and Operations Assistant of the Operations Team, introduced the company’s culture, development history, R&D and manufacturing capabilities, and the current status of various manufacturing bases, while expressing a strong willingness for deeper school-enterprise collaboration.

After the meeting, Mr. Liu accompanied the teachers on a tour of the company’s patent and honors wall, product exhibition room, and production lines, engaging in in-depth discussions and Q&A on the company’s patent advantages and core product technologies.
