Huada Kejie Selected as Changzhou's 2020-2021 Outstanding Youth Employment Internship Base

In December 2021, Changzhou organized the evaluation and selection of Outstanding Youth Employment Internship Bases. As an established internship base, our company actively applied through the Human Resources Department, received recommendation from Zhonglou District, underwent review and assessment by the local Human Resources and Social Security authorities, and completed the public announcement process. We were successfully selected as one of Changzhou’s Outstanding Employment Internship Bases for 2020-2021, with only 30 companies across the city receiving this recognition.

In recent years, the company has developed targeted training plans for university interns, called the “Light Chasers” program. Training is tailored to the individual and the position, with full tracking and assessment throughout the internship period. This approach allows interns to apply their professional knowledge effectively and experience the value of their contributions. Over the past two years, approximately 65% of interns have been retained after completing their internship. Through systematic guidance and mentorship, the company continues to cultivate highly adaptable talent for manufacturing, R&D, quality control, and other departments.
