Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instrument Co., Ltd. 2024 Outstanding Employee and Team Recognition Ceremony Concludes Successfully

      In this year full of both hope and challenges, we have moved forward hand in hand, writing a new chapter in the company’s development through unremitting efforts and remarkable achievements. In order to recognize outstanding individuals and teams over the past year and to encourage all employees to continue striving for excellence, our company grandly held the “2024 Outstanding Employees and Outstanding Teams Awards Ceremony” at the Conference Center on January 15, 2025. This event was not only an affirmation of the hard work of the past year, but also an inspiration and expectation for the journey ahead.

      The ceremony opened amid stirring background music. The company’s operations team, subsidiary representatives, and representatives from all departments attended the event together with outstanding employees and team representatives to witness this glorious moment. At the meeting, Mr. Liu Hairong, Vice General Manager of the company, announced the commendation decision, setting an inspiring tone for the ceremony.

      Then the ceremony entered its most exciting award presentation session. A total of 87 outstanding employees were honored on site. With their excellent performance, innovative thinking, outstanding leadership or selfless dedication, these employees earned the respect and recognition of their colleagues. As each award winner stepped onto the stage, their faces were filled with pride and joy, and their positive energy inspired everyone present.

      At the glorious moment of team recognition, 12 outstanding teams were successively awarded various honorary titles. These teams demonstrated outstanding overall planning and control in project management; showed seamless cooperation like precision gears tightly meshed in teamwork, jointly driving projects forward; and remained proactive and innovative in continuous improvement. They not only successfully achieved their established team goals, but also injected strong momentum into the company’s development.

      At the conclusion of the awards ceremony, Mr. Liu Hairong, Vice General Manager, delivered an inspiring speech. He reviewed the remarkable achievements the company made in market expansion, technological innovation, and team building over the past year, and expressed his deepest gratitude to all employees for their hard work and selfless dedication. He emphasized: “Behind every honor lies the crystallization of countless sweat and wisdom, and the result of the tireless efforts of every employee.
