01.Honoring Excellence, Moving Toward a New Journey

      In the past year of 2024, all employees of Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instruments Co., Ltd. worked together and jointly wrote a new chapter in the company’s development. In order to recognize excellence and inspire all employees to achieve even greater success in the new year, the company grandly held the 2024 Annual Awards Ceremony on January 15, 2025. This ceremony was not only a high recognition of outstanding employees and teams over the past year, but also an important moment for the company to unite its strength and look to the future.

Mr. Liu Hairong, Vice General Manager of the company, announced the commendation decision. A total of 87 outstanding employees and 12 outstanding teams were honored at this conference. With their excellent performance, innovative thinking, outstanding leadership or selfless dedication, these employees and teams have earned the respect and recognition of their colleagues. In the new year, it is hoped that they will continue to carry forward the spirit of “daring to innovate and bravely taking responsibility” and create more brilliance.

02. 2nd Anniversary of Huada Vietnam & 2024 Annual Meeting

In 2024, a year full of opportunities and challenges, Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instruments Co., Ltd. ushered in a moment of special significance — the 2nd Anniversary of Huada Vietnam and the 2024 Annual Meeting. On January 18, Mr. Zhang Ou, General Manager, and Mr. Liu Hairong, Vice General Manager, traveled to Vietnam with a sense of mission and expectation to celebrate this important milestone together with all employees of Huada Vietnam. This celebration marked a key point in the development of Huada Vietnam. Since its establishment, Huada Vietnam has achieved remarkable results through the joint efforts of all employees. It has not only created a large number of local jobs, but also laid a solid foundation for the expansion of global business.

 At the celebration, Mr. Zhang Ou and Mr. Liu Hairong had cordial exchanges with Huada Vietnam employees, gaining in-depth understanding of local business development and offering valuable suggestions for future growth. In his passionate speech at the annual meeting, Mr. Zhang fully affirmed the achievements made by Huada Vietnam over the past two years and expressed his sincere gratitude for the hard work of all employees. He also emphasized the importance of China–Vietnam team cooperation and encouraged everyone to continue working together in the future to strive for the realization of Huada Kejie’s global strategic goals.

03. Year of the Snake Benefits, Warmth for Employees

As the Spring Festival approaches, the festive atmosphere grows stronger. At this wonderful moment of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, on the 20th and 21st the labor union and the company jointly prepared a New Year gift full of care and love — generous holiday benefits, allowing every employee to feel the warmth of home and celebrate the New Year happily! After multiple rounds of discussion and careful selection by the company and the union, the benefits covered all aspects of daily life. There are practical grain and cooking oil to ensure daily needs, as well as nutritious gift boxes of nuts, perfect for family gatherings or visiting relatives and friends. 04. Canteen Collaboration, Lucky Draw Carnival

In the warm atmosphere at the end of the year, on the 23rd the company and the canteen jointly planned an exciting lucky draw event to reward everyone’s hard work throughout the year, aiming to bring full surprises and joy to all employees. Company leaders have always paid close attention to employees’ work experience and living conditions, hoping to enhance everyone’s sense of belonging and happiness through various welfare activities. As an important place providing energy for employees, the canteen not only carefully prepares every delicious meal in daily life, but also actively participated in the planning of this welfare activity, joining hands with the company to bring this year-end surprise.
