Passing the Torch, Honoring Our Mentors—2024 Huada Kejie Internal Trainer Appreciation & Desert Treasure Hunt Event

As autumn sunshine brightens the day and crisp breezes bring refreshing coolness, the Human Resources Department organized the "2024 Huada Kejie Internal Trainer Appreciation Event" on the afternoon of September 10th in Conference Room 516 of the Comprehensive Building. This event honored the dedicated efforts and selfless contributions of the company's internal trainers as we approach the 40th Teachers' Day. Company leadership and internal trainers attended the event. The gathering reviewed the past year's corporate training initiatives, formally appointed new internal trainers, and featured a unique desert treasure hunt activity.

01 Teacher's Grace Like the Sea

The event was hosted by Zhang Jie, Deputy Director of Human Resources. Liu Hairong, Deputy General Manager of the company, was invited to deliver a speech. Mr. Liu emphasized and acknowledged the importance and selfless dedication of the internal trainers, offering his best wishes for the company's training initiatives.

02 Desert Gold Mining

During the subsequent Desert Gold Rush activity, internal trainers were divided into five teams. Each member actively participated, fully immersed themselves, understood the rules, and performed to their fullest potential.

Throughout the activity, team members worked together cohesively, fulfilled their respective roles, embraced innovation, and strived for the best results. The atmosphere was lively and joyful, creating an extraordinary "gold-digging" frenzy on Teachers' Day.

03 Guidance Like Spring Breeze

As the event drew to a close, Mr. Zhang Zuli, Special Advisor to the Board, posed for photos with representatives of the winning teams and newly appointed instructors. He delivered a summary speech, emphasizing that "compliance and adherence to laws" should be the primary focus. He urged the internal training team to lead by example, fostering a spirit of continuous learning among all employees, promoting unity and collaboration, mutual learning, and upholding the noble professional ethics embodied in the principle: "Do not neglect to do good because it is small; do not commit evil because it is small." Representatives from several teams also shared their reflections on participating in the event, further highlighting its spirit.
