Unwavering Fire Drills Forge a Shield of Safety— Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instrument Co., Ltd. Fire Evacuation Drill Concludes Successfully

June is National Work Safety Month. To strengthen the fire safety awareness of all our employees and improve their ability to respond to and handle fire hazards, the company held a fire escape drill from June 5 to June 6. This was not only an in-depth test of employees’ safety awareness but also a vivid, practical exercise in emergency response, allowing every employee to deeply feel the urgency and importance of fire escape.

To ensure the effectiveness of the drill and solid mastery of fire safety knowledge among employees, our company organized comprehensive fire safety training for all staff before the drill. The training covered multiple essential topics, including fire prevention, response measures, and escape techniques. After the training, a strict examination was conducted to assess employees’ learning outcomes, ensuring that every employee internalized the safety knowledge.

During the drill, department heads and safety personnel quickly assumed their roles and carried out their duties. Once the fire alarm system was activated, employees actively participated, strictly following the established procedures for simulated escape and fire extinguishing demonstrations. Everyone remained calm under pressure and acted in an orderly manner, fully demonstrating their ability to handle fire emergencies and their teamwork spirit. After the drill, the safety personnel from the General Management Department summarized the process and proposed improvement measures for the issues identified, helping employees clearly understand their performance and areas for improvement, providing targeted guidance for future enhancements.

This drill not only tested the feasibility and effectiveness of our company's fire emergency plan but also enhanced employees’ self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities in response to fires and other emergencies. In the future, we will continue to deepen safety awareness education, constantly improve employees’ emergency response skills, continuously optimize safety management, and create a safer and more stable working environment. At the same time, we call on all employees to integrate the awareness of “everyone talks about safety, everyone knows emergency response” into their daily work, jointly safeguarding the company’s high-quality development!
