Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instrument Co., Ltd. Successfully Concludes 2023 Year-End Management Review Meeting and Annual Excellence Awards Ceremony

On January 25–26, the 2023 Year-End Summary Management Review Meeting and 2023 Annual Excellence Awards Ceremony of Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instruments Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the 5th-floor Conference Center of the company’s Comprehensive Building. The company’s operations team, department heads, and above attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Tang Songlun from the company’s operations team reported on Huada’s 2023 business targets and KPI completion, outlined the 2024 business targets and key work plans, and clarified the overall business philosophy for 2024: “Survive through quality, develop through innovation, and achieve efficiency through management”. Following this, each department head reported on their department’s 2023 key work and 2024 work plans. Mr. Tang praised the company’s 2023 achievements, noting that despite various challenges, production, operations, and other work made significant progress, which was inseparable from the efforts of every employee. He pointed out that 2024 will bring more uncertainties and challenges, and departments should focus on Vietnam Huada’s capacity building, risk control in product development, and other areas. In particular, Vietnam manufacturing is not only Huada’s external window and flagship in Changzhou, but also the external showcase of the entire Laser Division. Strengthening and expanding Vietnam manufacturing is a top priority for 2024. Mr. Liu Hairong from the operations team also emphasized that departments need to raise risk awareness and pay attention to improving the company’s operational and marketing efficiency. The company will strictly enforce reward and punishment mechanisms moving forward.

Annual Excellence Awards Ceremony

On the afternoon of the 26th, the ceremony recognized individuals and teams who won annual excellence awards. In 2023, a total of 7 individual awards, including Best Dedication Award and Best Execution Award, and 5 team awards were given, with 84 individuals and 9 teams honored. Mr. Liu Hairong from the operations team extended his heartfelt congratulations to the award-winning employees and teams. He emphasized that employees are the foundation of the company, and it is the emergence of more and more outstanding employees that drives continuous progress and development. He hopes that the award-winning employees will cherish this honor, maintain it, and pass it on. Only through the joint efforts of all employees can the company’s path become broader and more brilliant.
