Solemn Statement Demanding Immediate Cessation of Patent Infringement

“A Center Threading Positioning Device” is an invention patent owned by Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instruments Co., Ltd., and this invention patent is currently legally valid.

In May 2020, our company filed a lawsuit against Changzhou [Name] Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. for infringing this patent. The Suzhou Intermediate People’s Court, as the court of first instance, ruled that the defendant must immediately stop infringing our invention patent and compensate for losses. Dissatisfied with the ruling, the defendant appealed. On November 7, 2023, the Supreme People’s Court issued a final judgment, rejecting the company’s appeal, confirming that the facts of the first-instance judgment were clear, the law was correctly applied, and the ruling should be upheld.

Recently, our company has discovered that some manufacturers and merchants have been producing and selling products covered by our invention patent without authorization. We hereby demand that the relevant companies immediately cease infringement. For such unlawful infringement, we will request the relevant authorities to conduct investigations and perform infringement comparison analyses. If, after such analyses, it is confirmed that the design features or technical solutions of the suspected infringing products fall within the scope of our invention patent protection, we will preserve relevant evidence of infringement.

For parties who continue to infringe despite this statement, our company reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.
