Unite as One, Strive Together: Huada Kejie's Second Tug-of-War Competition Concludes Successfully!

On November 29, on the eve of the New Year holiday, the festive atmosphere in the company became increasingly vibrant. The lobby was decorated with colorful balloons and ornaments, and the windows were adorned with paper cuttings symbolizing joy and happiness. To further inject energy and festive cheer into the upcoming New Year holiday, enrich employees’ leisure life, and enhance team spirit and cohesion, our company specially organized a unique tug-of-war competition.

Eight teams from various departments participated in the competition. The tournament followed a knockout format, with teams facing off in pairs and the winners advancing to the next round. During the matches, the players gave their all. At the sound of the whistle, they tightly gripped the rope, leaned back, and exerted full strength to fight for their team’s honor. The cheers and shouts from the audience echoed continuously, creating a lively and warm atmosphere.

After an intense and exciting contest, the third team won the championship, the first team took second place, the seventh team secured third place, and the fifth team came in fourth. To recognize the teams’ hard work and spirit of cooperation, every team received carefully prepared prizes. The tug-of-war competition concluded successfully amid laughter and applause from everyone!

This tug-of-war event not only helped improve employees’ physical fitness and teamwork awareness but also allowed them to relax and strengthen friendships outside of work, collectively welcoming the new year.
