Recently, in accordance with the "Management Measures for Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Centers" (Su Ke Ji [2006] No. 101, Su Cai Jiao [2006] No. 24) and the "Notice on the 2023 Performance Evaluation of Provincial Engineering Technology Research Centers" (Su Ke Ji Han [2023] No. 7), and entrusted by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Changzhou Science and Technology Bureau conducted a performance evaluation of 155 provincial engineering technology research centers in its jurisdiction. After the process of application submission, formal review, expert evaluation, and due diligence, our "Jiangsu Provincial High-Precision Self-Leveling Laser Construction Surveying Engineering Technology Research Center" was awarded an Excellent rating in the performance evaluation!

Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Centers are research and development entities established by key research institutions with strong technological capabilities in relevant industries or fields, provincial-level or above high-tech enterprises, and universities. They primarily carry out engineering technology research, testing, and complete technical services. Since 2022, applications have been restricted, and performance evaluations are conducted every three years with an elimination mechanism. Among the 155 enterprises participating in this evaluation, only 47 were rated Excellent (30.3%), 99 were rated Qualified (63.9%), and 8 centers were eliminated as Unqualified.
