Regarding our invention patent “A Central Threading Positioning Device,” a certain company filed a second patent invalidation request. The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) conducted a review and ultimately issued a decision to maintain the validity of invention patent ZL201510224657.0.

Patent invalidation proceedings are a process to reassess the scope of patent rights, which determines the foundation for patent protection. The aforementioned optoelectronic company had filed invalidation requests against our invention patent twice, submitting dozens of authorized patents from China, the United States, Japan, and other countries as evidence. However, after review, the CNIPA determined that the submitted patents did not conflict with our invention patent and concluded that all the invalidation arguments were unfounded.
