Summer Cooling Care Campaign by the Labor Union

Under the scorching summer heat, Changzhou has recently experienced continuous high temperatures. To ensure the health and well-being of frontline employees working under these conditions, on August 12, Nest Secretary Chao Lijuan, Deputy Secretary of the Beigang Subdistrict Party Committee and Chairperson of the General Labor Union, visited our company for a “Summer Cooling”慰问 (care) activity. She brought various cooling and relief supplies, including mineral water, soda, iced tea, and personal care products, providing a refreshing break for employees who continue to work diligently under high temperatures. The visit was accompanied by our company’s Trade Union Chairperson Ni Fen, Executive Vice President Tang Songlun, Deputy Director of General Management Wu Jiang, Manufacturing Director Huang Weisheng, and PMC and Warehouse Manager Wu Dan.

During the visit, city-level labor union leaders carefully inquired about the working and living conditions of frontline staff during the hot weather. They reminded employees to take precautions against heat, ensure safe production, and expressed deep respect for all workers who continue their duties under high-temperature conditions.

This activity greatly boosted the morale of employees working in high-temperature conditions and motivated them to work with renewed energy. Our company will take this event as an opportunity to carry out more initiatives such as “sending cool relief, protecting employee rights, and ensuring welfare”, leveraging the Trade Union as a “supportive home”, continuously enhancing employees’ sense of well-being and safety, and fostering a harmonious and stable working environment.
