Recently, in accordance with the "Management Measures for Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Centers" (Su Ke Ji [2006] No. 101, Su Cai Jiao [2006] No. 24) and the "Notice on the 2023 Performance Evaluation of Provincial Engineering Technology Research Centers" (Su Ke Ji Han [2023] No. 7), and entrusted by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Changzhou Science and Technology Bureau conducted a performance evaluation of 155 provincial engineering technology research centers in its jurisdiction. After the process of application submission, formal review, expert evaluation, and due diligence, our "Jiangsu Provincial High-Precision Self-Leveling Laser Construction Surveying Engineering Technology Research Center" was awarded an Excellent rating in the performance evaluation!

On April 3, Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instruments Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huada Kejie”), leveraging the resources of its parent company Juxing Technology, officially began large-scale production at the Vietnam Huada Factory, established in Factory No. 4 of the Vietnam Juxing Manufacturing Base. As a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production, and sales of optoelectronic measurement and automation testing equipment, Huada Kejie has always been committed to providing excellent products and services to global customers. The establishment of the Vietnam factory marks an important step in Huada Kejie’s expansion of its global market presence.

To further standardize and improve company policies and optimize the internal management system, our company recently successfully passed the TÜV Rheinland ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System audit. This marks the company’s entry into a modern enterprise management path characterized by standardization, systematization, and scientific management, elevating both corporate management practices and corporate culture to a new level.

On March 23, Shen Dong, Secretary of the Zhonglou District Committee, accompanied by Wang Yuanqing, Director of the Zhonglou Development Zone Management Committee, and his delegation, visited our company for an enterprise support and problem-solving exchange. To further enhance the effectiveness of industry-education integration and promote high-quality collaboration between schools and enterprises, on the afternoon of March 15, a team led by Professor Yao Wenqing from Changzhou Institute of Technology brought 56 teachers from various vocational and technical schools across Jiangsu Province to our company for a professional learning and exchange activity focused on electrical and electronic disciplines.

On February 13, Sun Yifeng, member of the Standing Committee and Deputy Secretary of Zhonglou District, together with Wang Xu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhonglou Economic Development Zone, and other leaders, visited our company for an inspection and research visit. The company CEO, Zhang Ou, accompanied them throughout, introducing the company’s domestic and international situation, the investment and operation status of the Vietnam project, and the current challenges the company faces.

On January 29, the eighth day of the Lunar New Year, which is also the first “Entrepreneurs’ Day” in Changzhou, the Zhonglou District People’s Government held the mobilization meeting for the “Dual-Project Attack Year” of the “Four Major Functional Zones.” The meeting summarized achievements, commended outstanding performers, analyzed the current situation, and deployed work, motivating the entire district to focus firmly on projects and vigorously promote development, using strong measures to ensure the construction of the “Four Major Functional Zones” achieves tangible results. At the meeting, outstanding collectives and individuals for high-quality development in Zhonglou District in 2022 were recognized.
